- Anonymous Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data to improve the app's performance, provide better services, and enhance the user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Transcription Services: Your audio data is processed through Fireworks AI for transcription purposes only. The data is not stored.
- AI-Related Services: We use OpenAI GPTs for AI-powered features within the app. Your interactions with the AI may involve anonymous usage data collection to enhance the AI's performance.
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: Transcripts and chat histories are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
- CloudKit: Your transcripts and chat history will be securely stored in CloudKit, enabling cross-device access. You can manage and delete your CloudKit data at any time.
- No Data Sharing: We do not share your data with any third parties.
4. Security Measures
We take reasonable measures to protect the data stored on your device and in CloudKit, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to protect their devices and regularly back up their data.

As all data is stored locally or in CloudKit (if opted in), you have full control over your transcripts and chat history. You may delete or modify this data at any time from within the app.
